46 days with no results.

"I hesitantly decided to try the Murad Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum, and I once again find myself disappointed. I have tried many products and none have worked. I had little hope for this one and the price was a little high for me,but after years of seeing this product advertised and the assurance that it would "rapidly" decrease the visibility of dark spots, I decided to give it a try. It's now been 46 days and I've been using it once to twice a day. Every other evening I switch to Retin-A instead. I can see no difference in my dark spots, freckles or moderate melasma whatsoever. To make matters worse, I've actually noticed a new spot forming despite pairing this product with daily SPF and wearing a hat and sunglasses when outdoors. That might be totally unrelated,but still disconcerting. That being said, I still have a good bit left and plan to finish the bottle. I may even consider purchasing one more bottle just to give this serum a fair chance before I add it to the long list of failed products. But there is definitely nothing rapid about it for me, Will update my review should I see any improvement."

"I had a combination of long-standing sun spots and “oldish” age hyperpigmentation, so I decided to try dealing with this, by using Murad. Is it possible to use the dark spot correcting serum with spf moisturizer) during the day, then the retinal overnight treatment and cream at night? I see that routine was recommended for retinol products but I'm wondering if that also applies to retinal.

What color is the serum in this product?t I have a small bottle and the serum is a gold color. Wondering if it's old?

Difference between glycolic serum and correcting serum
The Vita C Glycolic Serum is great for brightening your overall complexion. The Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum is best for specific pigmentation spots.
Is there an expiration date for rapid dark spot correcting serum?
I have sent you an email on how to read the production date. The product would then expire 3 years after that.
After starting this serum, my skin went through some breakouts which alarmed me. I was only using this a.m and p.m with my High Potency Face Finishing &Firming Moisturizer by Perricone MD. I use a good quality cleanser, the correcting serum and moisturizer. Can this be an adverse reaction from the serum? Thank you.
