Q&A

Is it good for sensitive skin?
Knowing that you are sensitive we would recommend calling, emailing or chatting to speak with a Skincare Specialist.
Is this cleanser gentle enough to use alongside retinols/tretinoin?
Absolutely!
For a double cleanse in the evening would I use this cleanser first or second?
We would recommend using first. Massage for one full minute and then rinse.
Expiration date of product?

This cleanser is causing a rash of acne across my forehead. Anything more than once or twice a week will cause a breakout. At first I thought my skin was purging, but now I think I'm just sensitive to it. Is this common? I was really hoping to integrate the renewal line into my routine, are there any other options?
It does sound like your skin is not adjusting to the cleanser. I would have you consider the Prebiotic 4-in-1 MultiCleanser
