Good; but would like to tweak a few things.
"As a Skin Care specialist, I do computerized mapping on clients, employees, and on myself during testing of any product. This would be my 3rd bottle for myself personally. Still watching for further results. It does seem to slightly improve deep wrinkles (18% on average for women ages 35 to 78 years old) and improve fine lines around 27%) texture issues have been the biggest improvements as to date at 39% improvement. We’ll continue testing until the 8-12 month mark. Having a refill option is nice. However it does not bring the cost down enough as it should in my opinion. Some ingredients I would have liked to have seen added, and some taken away. Still, good product; especially for 30-45 year olds. If you have sensitive skin, spot test and then use once every other day until your skin is used to the formula. Due to the fact that this does work deeper than retinols, be mindful that your every other day may need to be extended to a month. It all depends on your skinon."

- What is the actual retinal percentage?
- First let me start by stating that we disclose the percentage of an ingredient only when it is an “active ingredient” in other words, an OTC (over-the-counter), FDA (Food & Drug Administration) approved ingredient. Here at Murad, as part of our Corporate policy, we do not disclose percentages in our high performance formulations as this information is considered proprietary. What I can share with you is that Dr. Murad creates formulas based on a result not a percentage. Our products are designed to treat a specific concern within the skin, keeping in mind our Whole-Person Health approach.
- The before and after photos of the older woman’s neck and chin, after 4 weeks of use & then after 8 weeks of use, are astonishing. A very dramatic and impressive improvement. I’m skeptical though that a non prescription, non invasive skin treatment can really be that effective and work so quickly. Do you have any quantitative empirical studies that can prove these remarkable results are indeed accurate, achievable, and were proven to occur within the vast majority of study participants? Thank you in advance!
