- Hi! My intense recovery cream has become very thick/hard in the winter. How can i make it usable?
- Textural changes are quite normal for this product due to the level of natural ingredients such as plant butters and oils. Hardening does occur when IRC goes through a heating and cooling process. It is natural for the butters to harden when they are in a cool environment such as air conditioning. If you warm the product on your finger tips before applying, it will melt into the skin. This does not change the efficacy of the product.
- has Perfecting Day Cream been discontinued? Is this Intense Recovery Cream a good substitute, I do have rosacea?
- The Perfecting Day Cream SPF 30 was discontinued. I would have you consider the City Skin Broad Spectrum SPF 50. You would want to apply a moisturizer first.
- Can I use this if I use Tretinoin nightly? Can it be layered with it?
